Shillong, February 02; Sitting BJP MDC Smti. Violet Lyngdoh today formally joined the National People’s Party in the presence of Dr. W. R. Kharlukhi, State President of NPP and other senior office bearers of the party. Smti. Lyngdoh resigned from the BJP formally joining NPP along with her supporters.
Smti. Lyngdoh thank the NPP for accepting her to the party and allotted o her the party ticket to contest from 6-Khliehriat constituency as the candidate. She was welcome to the party by the state president Dr WR Kharluki
National President Mr. Conrad K. Sangma congratulated Smti. Lyngdoh and welcomed her to the party and has assured all support in the battle to further the growth and success of our people.
