Guwahati, March 17: Giving a platform to highlight the creativity and work of their students, ‘Dream Zone – School of Creative Studies’, a creative skill development initiative of CADD Centre Training Services Private Limited, organized a day-long programme at ITA Machkhowa in Guwahati on March 17.
The annual event called ‘Dreamzone Melange 2K23’ was organized to complement the creativity of the students with exhibition on interior design, jewelry design; and competition on graphic, short film and web design. In addition to that, the students participated in a fashion show which was followed by prize distribution and Graduation Ceremony.
Lighting of lamp was done by the Managing Director of Dreamzone, Mr SK Selvan, Founders of Dreamzone Guwahati, Shri Himadri Borpuzari and Shri Samujjal Barooah, along with their parents Mrs Arati Borpuzari and Shri Aroon Chandra Barooah and Shri Monmoth Bordoloi, Centre Head of Dreamzone Guwahati.
The event was inaugurated by noted Handloom Fashion Entrepreneur Meghali Das. Dream Zone is India’s premium training institute for creative and design education. Founded in 2005, Dream Zone currently has 100+ centers across India collectively offering about 90+ courses.
Dream Zone pierces into right brain of young minds with fair flair for innovation, providing training on creative design such as graphic design, web design & development, animation & VFX, interior architecture & design, fashion design and jewellery design for the last 17 years.
The school for creative studies adopts experiential learning methodology and collaborative learning techniques. We have won the Best Franchising Concept of the Year award of Franchise India Holdings in 2011 and Fast Emerging IT-Enabled Creative Training Institute of the Year Award – 2017.
The school also bagged up Limca Book of Records in 2013 for 12 hours continuous show; Unique World Record in 2018 for ‘Longest Fashion Show’ and for Most Designers to Present in a Single Continuous Fashion Show and Guinness World Record in 2018 for ‘Most Designers to Present in a Single Continuous Fashion Show” for about 25 hours, said SK Selvan, Managing Director of Dream Zone.
The institute has membership with IIID – Institute of Indian Interior Designers, CMAI – Clothing Manufactures Association of India, ASIFA Hollywood (International Animated Film Society), ICOGRADA (International council of Graphic Design Association). In addition, the courses are approved by NSDC as well.
