Shillong, February 1: The District Election Officer, West Garo Hills District has informed that in view of the General Elections, 2018 to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly, the Election Expenditure Observers appointed by the Election Commission of India have arrived and are camping at Circuit House, Tura.
Any complaint relating to election expenditure may kindly be lodged before the respective Expenditure Observer whose contact numbers are given as follows.

The District Election Officer, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh has informed that the Expenditure Observers for the General Election to the Meghalaya Legislative Assembly 2018 for the 8-Mawhati A.C , 9-Nongpoh A.C and 10 – Jirang A.C is Shri Rajesh Meena, contact No is 9383051408, Room No. 209 in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh and 16562 is the Observer ‘s Code whereas Shri Surender Malik, is for the 11 – Umsning A.C and 12 – Umroi A.C, his contact No. is 9383051409, Room No. 111 in the office of the Deputy Commissioner, Ri Bhoi District, Nongpoh and 21570 is the Observer’s Code.
The Expenditure Observers will be available in their office on their first visit will be from 31st January 2018 to 2nd February 2018, second visit from 13th February 2018 to 27th February 2018 and their third visit is from 28th March 2018 to 4th April 2018.
Shri. Dhandapani K.N. is the Expenditure Observer for the three Assembly constituencies in South West Garo Hills – namely, 53-Ampati (ST), 54-Mahendraganj (ST) and 55-Salmanpara. He has arrived at Ampati on January 31, 2018 and is camping at Ampati Circuit House.
