Shillong, Feb 17: In its notification issued, the Government of Meghalaya has ordered holding of Bye Election from 26-Langrin District Council Constituency of the Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council as per schedule below.
Last date for filing of nominations is 19th February, 2020 before 3:00 PM, scrutiny of nomination papers is on 19th February, 2020 after 3:00 PM, last date of withdrawal of nomination papers is on 20th February, 2020.
Finalization and publication of valid nominations and allocation of symbols is on 22nd February, 2020. Polling will be held on 28th February, 2020 from 7:00 AM till 4:00 PM and counting of votes will be held on 3rd March, 2020.
