Shillong, August 23:The Indian Bank is celebrating Customer’s Day cum Foundation Day by marking its 111 years of existence. The Bank was established on 15th August 1907. Mr. Tanmoy Dey Sarkar, Asst. General Manager of the branch welcomed the customers, saying Customer’s satisfaction is the motto of any business and for a service organization like banking, direct customer interaction is imperative.
The Bank has taken various customer centric measures to improve the customer service, leveraging on technology through a tech-friendly and personalized products which has been duly recognized by Various State Govt as well as by Govt of India.
