Shillong, October 12: Lion S.C. Surana, Past President Lions Club of Shillong donated a sum of Rs. 1,50,000/- to Lions Club of Shillong Vocational Training cum Service Centre. The cheque was received by Lion R.L. Sethia, Chairman Lions Trust in presence of Lion Biman Talukdar and Lion Dr. K.K.Jhunjhunwala, Past District Governor and other members of the Club at a simple function held at Paltan Bazar Shillong. The Club proposed to start Vocational Training Programme for unemployed youths soon.
