Shillong, Dec 12: The Meghalaya LJP is deeply anguished, concerned and disappointed regarding the passage of the amendment to the CAB in the Parliament yesterday.
While condemning the passage of the this instant Bill, the State President Shri Jamil Ahmed has a written a letter to the LJP’s National President Shri Chirag Paswan expressing his concern and objections with a request to use his influence to not to allow the Bill to become an Act.
The LJP state president has also demanded for the Inner Line Permit for the State of Meghalaya as the state have been demanding for the same since long. Said Mr DK Gupta Chief General Secretary LJP, Meghalaya.
