Shillong, July 04: A training program was conducted today for officers of the Eastern Range by CID in collaboration with East Khasi Hills at Police Reserve Shillong on “Crimes against Women: with special focus on Domestic Violence Procedures.”
It was graced by DIG Eastern Range Shri D.N.R Marak IPS , Superintendent Police EKH Mr. S. Nongtnger IPS. The programme was addressed by DIG Eastern Range and two other resource persons Advocate Daisy Thankhiew, Member, Child Welfare Commitee and Miss Iaimanda Ryngksai, Project Lead, North East Network.
