Shillong, Sept 22: Miss Identicia Marwein, daughter of H. Ballinder Lyngdoh and N. Hebrida Marwein has been awarded the Degree of Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Department of Ecology and Environmental Science by Assam University Silchar.
The Phd was awared for her thesis titled “Biological Monitoring of two streams of Shillong, Meghalaya, North-east India using Aquatic Insects” under the supervision of Prof. Susmita Gupta. She is a lecturer in Sankardev College, Shillong teaching Environmental Studies. She has published research papers related to her work and has cleared her UGC-NET.
