Shillong, Dec 02 : Mr Sanbor Shullai local MLA inaugurated newly constructed “Cobbled Footpath at” from Lumsohphoh Upper Lumparing, connected to Shillong View Point Peak for an amount of Rs. 33,70,000/- .
The function chair by Mr H. B Wahlang Rangbah Shnong of Upper Lumparing and other local Leaders who have all appreciated and lauded the initiative and sustained efforts of Bah Sanbor Shullai-MLA for bringing various kind of development schemes from various department which has fulfilled the long long years aspiration of the people of Greater Upper Lumparing in the particular and the 19th South Shillong in General.
Mr Sanbor Shullai-MLA chief guest during his speech express his sincere thanks to the Dorbar Shnong of Upper Lumparing, the Tourism Department for their help and support for making this dream come true as this trekking footpath will be a great help for the General public to reach the Shillong View Point within the short spend of time in their day to day visit to the Shillong View Point Peak.
The inauguration function attended by the members of the Dorbar Shnong, members of Seng Kynthei, official of Tourism Department and prominent residents of the locality.
