Shillong, July 18: The new Chief Executive Member of the Garo Hills Autonomous District Council (GHADC) Mr Boston Ch Marak said that his priority is to look into the financial aspect of the Council so that he could pay the salary of the employees.
Speaking to SP News Agency over phone Mr Boston said that the employees of the GHADC has not received their salary for eleven month, his priority is to fine out ways and means to get money to pay the salary of its employees. How can he ask them to work without salary this is top priority from his side as the new CEM of the GHADC.
The newly elected CEM, admit that there are many challenges before him that he has to tackle as the CEM of the GHADC, he will try his best to bring changes in the Council and reforms in many areas this is his priority that he will try his best at the CEM of the GHADC. On the formation of his Executive Committee, he said that he will complete it with a week.
