Shillong, September 20: The residence of North Garo Hills District, Resubelpara are complaining that the road condition is in pathetic condition even just in front of the office of the Deputy Commissioner not to speak of the other link road in the town.
Speaking to SP News Agency the Deputy Commissioner of the District said there is much scope for road improvement in the head quarter. He also informs that the PWD Department has sanction for blacktopping the road from Dekachang to Dorama tender has been call.
The road from Resubelpara to Medipathar which is not in good condition from the office of the Deputy Commissioner has taken up with the construction company and from the company they have assured that once the rain stops they will resume their work.
On the Banking facilities the North Garo Hills presently is having only two ATM machine one in Resubelpara and the others one is in Mendipathar both of these ATM machine are of the State Bank of India.
