Shillong Lajong FC defeated Boys Sports by 11 goals to nil in today’s SPL

Shillong, November 08: The Shillong Lajong FC defeated Boys Sports by 11 goals to nil in today’s Shillong Premier League second leg encounter at the SSA Stadium in Polo.

Skipper Samuela netted in the 12′, 15′ and in the 16th minute to complete his hat-trick in the match. He then scored his and Lajong’s fourth goal in the 25′ of the match after a good assist from Samuel Kynshi.

As the second half started, Lalramuana, Shaibor and Redeem netted three more goals for Lajong within just 12 minutes of the game and the Reds were leading 7-0.

Samuel Kynshi who assisted the goals in today’s game also registered his name on the scoresheet in the 64′ and 65′ as the Reds continued to dominate today’s clash.

Lajong’s goal number 10 came in the 72nd minute after Lalramuana headed the ball to the top left corner of the net, and completed his brace.

Samuel Kynshi also completed his hat-trick in the 79′ and scored the final goal versus Boys Sports who did not stand a chance nor could they match up to Lajong’s powerful momentum in today’s game.

The Reds won the game by 11-0 and grabbed three points. They will play their next match on the 13th November versus Langsning FC.
