New Delhi, August 19: The Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship government of India has issued an advice to Students who are planning to take admission in ITIs that they should verify complete credentials of the institutes before taking admission.
The Ministry said that ‘‘It is brought to the notice of all concerned who wish to take admission in ITIs in the country for training under craftsman scheme, that to ascertain the quality of infrastructure and also the training imparted in it is.
A joint inspection teams from DGT and state government, have inspected private ITIs in a few states. The inspection reports received from the teams are being scrutinized at DGT and action may be initiated as per the NCVT norms against those ITIs where discrepancies have been reported.
From the Ministry of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship government of India, therefore advice to the students to verify complete credentials of the institutes before taking admission.”
