Shillong, Feb 09: Suspected Bangladeshi national enters into Indian Territory around three kilometres when reach Pyrkan village of near Shella River they attacked one person with Sharpe weapon and injured him from his head and heap.
Speaking to SP News Agency, the police of Shella Police of East Khasi Hills District, Meghalaya said that the incident occurred on the bank of the Shella River of Pyrkan village, the miscreants are suspected to be Bangladeshi national.The injured person was taken to Shella CHC for treatment and was taken to Shillong for treatment.
The Secretary of Shella village Mr Roykupar Synrem said that the injured person known as Mr Denglang Diengdoh in the village. He is yet to know how the incident happens near the International border with Bangladesh.
To recall the last month the Bangladeshi national enter Indian Territory in West Jiantia Hills District of Meghalaya attacked and injured local people from the area and the BSF who were patrolling at the border.
