Shillong, Oct 26: The Meghalaya BJP State President today has issued notice to Mr. Micheal Kharsyntiew an aspiring candidate from the 17-North Shillong Constituency seeking an explanation from him for his anti party activities.
In the letter sent to Mr. Micheal Kharsyntiew sign by the BJP state President Mr. Ernest Mawrie asked that he should reply with seven days on his anti party activities which is against the party functioning.
The charges that was level against the Mr. Micheal is that why he is going to the media without taken permission and why you have appeal to Mr. J. A Lyngdoh who has resigned from the party without taking permission from competent authority.
This notice was issued according to disciplinary rule No. (a) of the party by “Acting against or carrying on Propaganda against any programme or decision of the party and Rule (d) “Taking party Dispute to any other agency outside the party including print and electronic media”.
