Shillong, March 02: The Commander In Chief of the A’chik Songna Anchakpagipa Kotok (ASAK) militant outfit operating mainly in South Garo Hills Mr Reding T Sangma alon with his cadets surrender before the police of South Garo Hills District along with their arms and ammunition. Thanks to the active involvement of the Church organizations, NGOs and local durbars.
Along with the C-In-C Mr Reding T Sangma, who surrender before the police they were identified as Mr Tengrang A Sangma alias Gring, Mr Pintu R Marak alias Waira, Mr Kiljang M Sangma alias Amrak and Mr Seldom K Sangma alias Jorai. Along with the militant group, overground workers of the militant outfit where also surrender before the police they were identified as Mr Hame Ch Marak, Mr Baini Ch Marak and Mr Tengman M Sangma.
