Shillong, Jan 03: The Deputy Commissioner, West Khasi Hills District, Nongstoin has informed that the draft photo electoral roll for the following Assembly Constituencies, namely, 32- Nongstoin (ST), 33- Rambrai (ST) and 34- Mawshynrut (ST) has been prepared with reference to 1st January 2020 as qualifying date.
The preparation is in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, and a copy there of is available for inspection at the office of the Electoral Registration Officer or Asst. Electoral Registration Officers during office hours and at the concerned Polling Stations from the 16.12.2019 to 15.01.2020.
If, with reference to the above said qualifying date, there be any claim for the inclusion of a name in the roll or any objection at the inclusion of name or any objection to particulars in any entry, it should be lodged on or before the 15th January, 2020 in Form 6, 6A, 7, 8, or 8A as may be appropriate at the office office of the Electoral Registration Officer or Asst. Electoral Registration Officers and at the concerned Polling Stations with the concerned Booth Level Officers or Supervisor Officers.
The draft photo electoral roll with reference to 1st January 2020 as qualifying date and in accordance with the Registration of Electors Rules, 1960, for the Assembly Constituencies of 53- Ampati (ST), 54-Mahendraaganj (ST) and 55-Salmanpara (ST) Legislative Assembly Constituencies have been prepared and is available for inspection at the office of the Deputy Commissioner (Elections) Ampati and with all the Booth Level Officers (BLO’s) in their respective Polling Stations.
