Shillong, January 17: The Election Committee of the Meghalaya Pradesh Congress Committee (MPCC) is to finalist the namaes of MLA Candidates this week since all the aspiring candidates had submited their aplication form.
The Working President of the MPCC Mr James Lyngdoh told SP News Agency that more than hundreds aspiring candidates has apply for the party tikcets from all the 60 Assembly Constituencies. The Election Committee of the MPCC will sit within this week to scrutinies the aplication before sending to the AICC for final decision.
Mr Lyngdoh said that they have delay since there are few constituencis where they have just recived the application. At present the Election Committee have recived all the aplication from all the 60 constituencies. They will sit within this week to finaliest the names of the candidates before sentding to the AICC for the final decision.
