Shillong, December 22: The Former Governor of Meghalaya Mr Banwari Lal Joshi is no more he passed away today at the All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in New Delhi after a brief illness.
Mr Joshi was appointed as the governor of Meghalaya on 12th April 2007 to 28th October 2007, He was the governor of the state for seven month. He was also the governor of Uttarakhan, Utter Pradesh and Delhi.
