Shillong,April 29: The Government of Meghalaya will be making arrangements to bring back its stranded citizens who are in the North East State and who wish to return back to the state. The government will Permit all such movement into the state with effect 05th May 2020 or soon thereafter.
Those who intend to return to the state may kindly fill up this online form at http// meghalayaonline.gov.in.covid/ on or before 04th May 2020. those who do not have internet access, may call 81320-11037, 84330-38716, 97115-44148,73385-50288 between 9.00 AM to 8.00 PM on any day till 04th May 2020 to register.
For citizen’s stranded in other states, the registration will be announced as soon as confirmation is recived from Government of India about resumption or arrangement of air or rail travel services.
It is to be noted that given the current COVID situation,pre-registration as describe above, is mandatory for entering the state said Mr M S Rao Chief Secretary Government of Meghalaya.
