Shillong, October 24: The HNYF Raliang Circle term the removal of the three Dolloi and and suspend seven Dolloi by the Executive Committee of Mr Thombor Shiwat the CEM of the JHADC as unconstitutional behavior.
In the press statement the HNYF cliam that the traditional head have just abide by the ruling of the Supreme Court which has permitted them to erect told gate as per the customary practice, this action of the CEM is against the said court ruling and arbitrary.
The HNYF also cliam that, as of now the JHADC has not notified any regulation to regulate the operation of the tolls gates set up by the dolloi, this can be set the lacuna on the part of the JHADC not of the Dolloi because there is no violation of law by the Dolloi.
Hence the HNYF Raliang Circle appeal to the CEM of the JHADC to re-instate the Dolloi before the attention of the court is drawn said the press statement of the organization that was sign by the president Mr Donbok Dkhar and Publicity Secretary Nicky Sten.
