Shillong, March 27:The important document Host City Contract of Meghalaya was collected and handed over to the Working President, Meghalaya State Olympic Association, by Shri. George Mathew, Manager, Indian Olympic Association, in the Olympic Bhavan, in New Delhi on 26th March 2018.
It may be recalled that the Host City Contract was signed in Shillong by the three stakeholders on 3rd January 2018, IOA was represented by Shri. Rajeev Mehta, Secretary General IOA, the HCC was taken back to Delhi for the signature of the President, IOA, Shri Narendra Batra, as he could not attend due to prior engagements.
