The N.F Railway Re-introduce services of two long distance passenger trains

Maligaon, March 01: Two long distance express special trains which were earlier temporarily cancelled upto 28th of February due to foggy weather season is being re-introduced. The trains are 05909 / 05910 Dibrugarh – Lalgarh – Dibrugarh Express special and 05933 / 05924 New Tinsukia – Amritsar Jn – New Tinsukia Express special.

Train number 05909 Dibrugarh – Lalgarh Express special will leave daily from Dibrugarh at 10-20 hrs to arrive Lalgarh Jn at 04-10 hrs on the fourth day. During return journey train number 05910 Lalgarh – Dibrugarh Express special will leave daily from Lalgarh Jn at 19-50 hrs to arrive Dibrugarh at 15-35 hrs on the fourth day.

During its both way journey this train run via Mariani Jn, Dimapur, Diphu, Lumding Jn, Hojai, Chaparmukh Jn, Jagiroad, Guwahati, Rangiya, New Bongaigaon, New Alipurduar, New Coochbehar, Dhupguri, Jalpaiguri Road, New Jalpaiguri, Aluabari Road, Kishanganj, Dalkhola, Barsoi Jn, Katihar Jn, Naugachia, Khagaria Jn, Barauni Jn, Samastipur Jn, Muzaffarpur Jn, Hajipur Jn, Chhapra, Siwan, Gorakhpur, Gonda, Lucknow Jn, Bareilly, Moradabad, Delhi, Nangloi, Rohtak Jn, Bhatinda Jn and Suratgarh Jn.

Train number 05933 New Tinsukia – Amritsar Jn Express special will leave every Wednesday from New Tinsukia at 09-00 hrs to arrive Amritsar Jn at 21-00 hrs on the third day. During return journey train number 05934 Amritsar Jn – New Tinsukia Express special will start from Amritsar Jn every Friday at 15-40 hrs to arrive New Tinsukia at 02-40 hrs on fourth day.

This train will run via Simaluguri Jn, Mariani Jn, Dimapur, Diphu, Lumding Jn, Hojai, Chaparmukh Jn, Guwahati, Rangiya, New Bongaigaon, New Alipurduar, New Coochbehar, New Jalpaiguri, Katihar Jn, Khagaria Jn, Barauni Jn, Hajipur Jn, Chhapra, Ballia, Varanasi Jn, Faizabad Jn, Lucknow, Bareilly, Moradabd, Ambala Cant Jn, Ludhiyana Jn, Jalandhar City during its both way journey.

Restoration of these two long distance express special trains will be helpful for passengers willing to travel in between Northeast and Northern part of India apart from parts of Bihar, West Bengal and Uttar Pradesh.
