Maligaon, Nov 28: The Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to resume the services two pairs of daily passenger special trains between Katihar and Radhikapur and one pair daily DEMU special train between Siliguri junction and Radhikapur to fulfil the demand of passengers.
Moreover, services of weekly special train running between Agartala and Secunderabad have been extended to run for more 10 trips. One special train will also run between Dibrugarh and Alipurduar junction via Dhubri in order to clear extra rush of passengers.
Resumption of train services, Train No. 05727 Katihar – Radhikapur passenger special will run everyday w.e.f. 29-11-2021 leaving Katihar at 06-30 hours to reach Radhikapur at 09-25 hours.
In return direction, Train No. 05728 Radhikapur – Katihar passenger special will run everyday w.e.f. 29-11-2021 leaving Radhikapur at 10-10 hours to reach Katihar at 13-15 hours.
Train No. 05729 Katihar – Radhikapur passenger special will run everyday w.e.f. 29-11-2021 leaving Katihar at 13-40 hours to reach Radhikapur at 16-40 hours. In return direction, Train No. 05730 Radhikapur – Katihar passenger special will run everyday w.e.f. 29-11-2021 leaving Radhikapur at 19-20 hours to reach Katihar at 22-30 hours.
Train No. 07508 Siliguri junction- Radhikapur DEMU special will run everyday w.e.f. 29-11-2021 leaving Siliguri junction at 17-45 hours to reach Radhikapur at 23-00 hours.
In return direction, Train No. 07507 Radhikapur – Siliguri junction DEMU special will run everyday w.e.f. 30-11-2021 leaving Radhikapur at 06-30 hours to reach Siliguri junction at 12-30 hours.
Continuation of train services, Services of train No. 07030/07029 Secunderabad – Agartala – Secunderabad weekly special have been extended to run for 10 more trips from each direction.
The train will run from Secunderabad on 29th November, 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th December/2021, 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st January/2022 (Monday). In return direction, the train will run from Agartala on 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th and 31st December/2021, 7th, 14th, 21st, 28th January/2022 and 4th February/2022 (Friday).
Moreover, special train No. 05918/05917 Dibrugarh – Alipurduar junction – Dibrugarh special will run leaving from Dibrugarh on 5th December and leaving from Alipurduar junction on 8th December, 2021. The train will leave Dibrugarh at 07-40 hours on 5th December, 2021 to reach Alipurduar junction at 07-45 hours on 6th December, 2021.
In return direction, the train will leave from Alipuduar junction at 17-00 hours on 8th December, 2021 to reach Dibrugarh at 17-00 hours on 9th December, 2021.
