Shillong, September 29: The Nationalist Congress Party, Meghalaya State in a small gathering at its office enrolled several members and also appointed Shri. Dapkupar Nongrum as the General Secretary of the Nationalist Youth Congress (NYC), Meghalaya State.
The appointment was given by Vijay Raj, Vice-President, NCP, Meghalaya State and the same was handed over by Shri. Saleng A. Sangma in the presence of Shri. S.P Thapa, General Secretary, Meghalaya State and Shri. Torang R. Marak, President, NYC, Meghalaya State.
