Shillong, December 14: The Nationalist Congress Party, has relived Mr Sanbor Shullai, MlAfrom the post of the President, NCP, Meghalaya state with immediate effect, andhis place Mr. Vijay Raj who was earlier vice-president has been appointed as the Working President of Nationalist Congress Party, Meghalaya State.
In the letter sent to the Working president of the NCP, Meghalaya state unit Mr SR Kholi who is incahrge of the North Eastern state said that this removal of Mr Sanbor Shullai from the post of the president is base on the recomdnation of the General Secretary of the party Mr Praful Patel.
In the leter the reason that Mr Sanbor Shullai has been relived from the post of the president, is of the view that he will be busy in his constituency he will not have time to devote for the party during coming MLA Election, in his place Mr Vijay Raj was appointed as working president.
