The NEHSU submit memorandum to CoE of NEHU on Zero marks obtain by students

Shillong, May 08: The North Eastern Hill University Student’s Union in their memorandum submitted to the Controller of Examinations of the North Eastern Hill University, express their deep concern over the issue that has been troubling the Under Graduate Students   of various colleges affiliated to NEHU.

The student body, NEHUSU pointed out that many students that are average and more than average have claim to have done well in their exams only to secured disappointing marks. The student body pointed out that some of them were graded zero marks in certain paper.

This has proven to many students who are yet to appear in others exams and also wanted to pursue further studies. The student union feels that this will hampers the growth of students in the academic filed and also their futures as a whole. The student Union appeal to the Controllers of Examinations to solve this issued.

The Student Union also demands from the Controllers of Examination to make a declaration within three days for the re-checking of the papers of these aggrieved students and the result should be declares before the end of this  academic terms, it his was not done they will resort to agitation, said Miss Genuica Majaw President NEHUSU in the memorandum submitted to the CoE today.
