Shillong, July 25: Today the was a remarkable day for the people of Mairang, West Khasi Hills and Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) Meghalaya. A meeting of the BJP Mandal Committee was held in Maring under the leadership of Bah C.S. Wallang .
A huge gathering of more than 2000 people from Mairang and its adjacent areas attended the meeting. In that meeting, the supporters of regional political parties as well as the supporters from Congress have enrolled themselves as primary members of BJP.
In this meeting Mr Ranjit Majumdar, Coordinator BJP North East. Dr.N.Momin , BJP MLA Assam. Mr Gemes Hanse, General Secretary BJP National ST Morcha. Mr Shibun Lingdoh , President BJP Meghalaya. Mr Devid Kharsathi, General Secretary BJP Meghalaya, along with other BJP State Officials.and Mr F Marwien President Mairang Mandal Committee, were present in the meeting.
The people of Meghalaya dispelled their ignorance about Congress. They have already understood the camouflaging attitude of the Congress which ruined our Country and North East India in particular. The BJP is spreading its footage in the State.
We are strong enough to defeat Congress in the coming election. The Congress and the regional leaders are also feeling insecure. Many of them are praying for a safe passage and are trying to change their jerseys.
BJP follows the principle to be with the masses through thick and thin. Thus, the people of our state have realised the fact that BJP is their only Savior.
