Shillong, oct 17: Mr Dipon Nath verbally reported to the police at Lad Rymbai Police Station that on Tuesday night around 8 pm, unidentified miscreants abducted his brother Mr Kripesh Nath also known as Kukan Nath from Lad-Rymbai Dongwah of East Jiantia Hills District .
The miscreants abducted his brother, in his own vehicle (ML-05-9948). The police recover the vehicles today morning from a place between Lad-Rymbai and Rymbai of East Jiantia Hills District. The police said that search operations are on and matter is under investigation.
In another incident Smt. Yarilana Suchen of Lumjingsuk, Madanrting, Shillong lodged a complaint that on Tuesday her daughter left home for her friend’s residence and did not return home till date and her cell-phone has been switched-off.
