Shillong, March 17: Mr Pynbiang Rymbai, President, NWYF has lodged a complaint with the police that Weigh Bridge located at Umtyra in East Jaintia Hills District, violated the NGT order by allowing overloaded vehicles to pass through the Weigh Bridge.
The KSU of SWKHD in their press statement issued to media houses said that coal laden truck coming from Nongjri area are overloaded, the KSU will verified on this issue since most of the bridges in the particular road is at the capacity to carry only nine tone only.
