Shillong, Feb 28: A two day conference of all NCC groups of NE region was held on 27-28 Feb 2020 at NER Directorate, Shillong. The Group Commanders of all eight groups namely Shillong, Guwahati, Tezpur, Imphal, Silchar, Dibrugarh, Kohima and Jorhat attended the conference.
The conference was chaired by Major Genral Bipin Bakshi , VSM , ADG NER Directorate.He congratulated all Gp Cdrs for excellent performance of NCC Cadets of NER Contingent at RDC2020 , which swept away the Republic day competitions from 01 to 28 Jan 2020 held at New Delhi .
The future blueprint of forthcoming year was formulated regards to training and growth of NCC cadets in NE Region and extending reach of NCC in far flung areas of this Region.
