Shillong, July 26: The Asst. General Manager (Mktg), O/o the CGMT, NE-I Circle, BSNL, Shillong, has informed that due to a fire incident at BSNL Data Centre at Kolkata, Salt Lake on 22-07-2019, prepaid mobile data services have been partially disrupted.
BSNL is making all efforts to restore the affected services. Restoration of the remaining services is being taken up on top priority and complete restoration is expected in a few days.
However, BSNL Landline, Broadband and FTTH services have not been affected due to this fire incident, so customers continue to get normal services. Disruption in mobile data services is deeply regretted.
