Shillong, Sept 09: The Government of Meghalaya has constituted a Committee to re-examine the SOP for opening of religious places with Chief Secretary to the Government of Meghalaya, Shri M. S. Rao as Chairman.
The Secretary, Home (Political) Department, Shri C. V. D. Diengdoh as Member Secretary and Members comprising of DHS (MI), Dr. Aman Warr, President, Shillong All Faiths Forum, Most Rev. Dr. P. Lyngdoh, Vice-President, Shillong All Faiths Forum, Fr. John Madur, Secretary, Shillong All Faiths Forum, Rev. E. H. Kharkongor and Joint Secretary, Shillong All Faiths Forum, Shri Naba Bhattacharjee.
