Mr Conrad formally launched the website of the ‘Meghalaya Chief Minister’s Relief Fund’

Shillong, Feb 28: The  Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma today formally launched the website of the ‘Meghalaya Chief Minister’s Relief Fund’ in his office chamber in Shillong.

Speaking at the launch the Chief Minister said that the website is a step forward to enable people who would want to contribute and donate to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund for the State of Meghalaya, through online mode.

‘I would like to thank the NIC and all the teams that have been involved in making this particular website and ensuring that all the facilities are given to people who would like to donate and I urge all our citizens and our people and different companies to generously donate to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund as this money will be used for people who are in need in different situations when different kind of disasters strike them.’, the Chief Minister said.

The web site will enable individuals or companies to contribute to the Chief Minister’s Relief Fund through online payment methods viz. net banking, credit cards, UPI or any other form of payment gateway. Donations can be made online by clicking the link http://megcmrf.gov.in/index.htm.
