Shillong, Dec 06: The State President of the National people Party (NPP) of Arunachal Pradesh Mr. Mutchu Mithi stated that the recent ambushed by security forces leading to a massacre of thirteen innocent unarmed civilians near Oting Village in Mon District in Nagaland paints and atrocious heart breaking pictures.
This ia a stark reminder of how armed forces have with impunity misused AFSPA as a repressive tools to enforce in a region of systematic widespread terror on citizens of North East disrupting every peace process, AFSPA must be repeal.
