Shillong, April 24: Information from many quarters was received of one ‘Man Shylla’ making anti – national comments on a video aired by Northeast Live News in-connection with the recent Pahalgam Terror attack.
Police said thay by supporting the terrorists in their killing and exhorting terrorists to initiate such attacks on a particular community in the North East through his Facebook account namely “Man Shylla” thus threatening the unity and integrity of the country.
Special Cell, East Khasi Hills, Shillong zeroed down on the person namely, Simon Shylla 30 yrs from his residence at Umlyngka . Two mobiles were seized from his possession and a case vide Lumdiengjri PS. Case No 421(04)2025 U/s 113(3)/196(1)(a)/147 BNS has been registered against him. He will be produced to Court tomorrow.
