Shillong, Sept 23: The NCC Shillong College as part of the Swatch Pakhwada Observation organised an Inter-College Debate Competition on the theme “Swacch Bharat – the need of the hour for a clean Shillong”  in the college premises.

While lauding the initiatives started by the Chief Minister and introduced by KHADC he urged the cadets to chip in and support the cause for a better tomorrow.
