Shillong, April 18: The District Council Affair Department Government of Meghalaya issued notification that the swearing of the newly elected MDCs to Garo Hills Autonomous District Council will be held tomorrow in the Council hall.
The Judge of the District Council Court will administer the oath to the 29 newly elected MDCs of the GHADC.
The Joint Secretary of the District Council Affair government of Meghslya Smit A Nikhla inform that the swearing of the 29 newly elected MDCs to the GHADC will be held tomorrow at the Council Halls in Tura.
The election of the Chairman of the GHADC will be held on wednesday, the NPP led collation has already decided to filed Mr. Rakesh A Sangma as their Candidate.
In the house of 29 the NPP claim to have 15 MDCs 11 NPP, 1 GNC, 3 Independent who form the Garo Hills Democratic Collation.
