Shillong, February 06: The Speaker also provided an update on the construction of the new Assembly building in Mawdiangdiang, stating that over 90 percent of the physical work has been completed.
Addressing concerns about the delay in completion, the Hon’ble Speaker emphasized that his primary responsibility is to ensure the safety of the building is not compromised. He further assured that the 2025 Autumn Session will definitely be held in the new building.
