Shillong, Oct 23: The Deputy Commissioner, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat has informed that proposals are invited from the Non Governmental Organizations/Clubs/Self Help Groups of East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat for availing of Financial Assistance/Grant in-Aid under the Chief Minister Youth Development scheme to Conduct of Youth Festival, Youth Programmes, Awareness programme/Seminar related to Youth Problem, Youth Development, Youth Adventure Programmes and Youth Counselling and Rehabilitation.
The Financial Assistance to be sanctioned under this scheme will depend on the merit of the application/proposal. The proposals received from the NGOs/SHGs shall be scrutinized by the District Level Screening Committee and the decision of the Committee will be final.
Interested Organizations/Clubs/SHGs/Youth Group etc. are to submit their proposals in plain paper along with the detail of the Programme/activities, objectives along with Registration Certificate to the office of the District Planning Officer, East Jaintia Hills District, Khliehriat on or before 2nd November, 2018. No proposals will be entertained after the fixed date mentioned above.
