Shillong Oct 15: Based on the contact tracing status and testing of the high risk contacts and the reports received thereof and in supersession to orders issued on 19th, 22nd and 25th, September, 2020, 4th and 9th October, 2020 and in exercise of the powers under the Meghalaya Epidemic Diseases, COVID-19 Regulations, 2020 and Amendments thereof.
The District Magistrate, East Khasi Hills District in orders issued on 14th October, 2020 has lifted the containment of all the 35 households from the residence of Jagdish Ray till the residence of Ravinder Ray at Pdengshnong, Golflink, households of the house of Mr. K.B. Thapa, Rilbong Nepali Compound.
Households of the Quarter of Dr. Mrs. Anjali D. Sangma, Rilbong, GAD Quarter No. 2, Near Sankardev Women’s Hostel, rented premises of Smti Mei Ying Nongkhlaw at Madanrting Lumbasuk Block-A and households of tenants of Smti Ridalang Pyrbot, tenants of Smti Virginia Dkhar and Mr Jarnar Khongsti at Lumjingsuk, Madanrting Block-A and Mrs Pinora Khongwir located at Madanrting Block – C with effect from 14th October, 2020.
