Shillong, 29: The Monitoring cum Implementation Committee like every years, this year too, organized Pre-Durga puja and Kali Puja get together of harmony 2019, on Saturday at Deva Kumar Memorial Hall at Bishnupur, Shillong wherein faithful leaders and members of various Puja Committees comprises of 31 Puja Pandals under 19th South Shillong Constituency attended the function.
The function starts with Puja prayer service which chaired by President of the Committee Mr Sanbor Shullai-MLA and followed by cutting and distribution of Puja cake by the Chairman of the Committee Mr Shullai, and address by Mr J.L Das General Secretary Central Puja Committee, Shillong, Mr Naba Bhattacharjee President Central Puja Committee and others prominent citizens.
All the speakers, along with the local MLA wishes each one a happy, peaceful, prosperous and blessed Durga Puja and Kali Puja 2019 and Mr . Rajiv Deb gave the vote of thanks at the end of the gathering.
