Maligaon, Dec 07: The 64th Mahaparinirwan Divas of Bharat Ratna, Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar was observed today at the N.F. Railway HQ complex. Shri Anshul Gupta, General Manager of N.F. Railway and other officers & staff paid floral tribute to Bharat Ratna, Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar.
Speaking on this occasion Shri Anshul Gupta also mentioned about Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar’s contribution towards framing of our Constitution, providing justice and equality to all classes of the society and development of under-privileged section of the society.
He was independent India’s first minister of Law and Justice, and considered as the Chief Architect of the Constitution of India . The vision and effort of Dr. Bhimrao Ramji Ambedkar helped in building a strong and united India.
Large numbers of officers and staff were present on the occasion. Similar programmes were also held in all the five divisions of NFR. Office of the General Manager (Con)/N.F. Railway also observed the day where Shri H.K. Yadav, CAO/Con-1, N.F. Railway, Construction paid homage by lighting a lamp and also by offering floral tribute to the great leader in presence of officials from the Construction Organization.
