The NGEA members are ready to go to jail if they are found guilty of doing any wrong: Senora

Tura, Dec 20: The executive body of the Non Gazette Employees Association (NGEA) said that they are ready to proof their statement on the allegation against the secretary to the GHADC.

Sending legal notice to the leader of the NGEA is nothing new as she had been torturing and harassing the employees and leaders of the NGEA since from the day they have demonstrate their demand for our legal right to release thier salary.

The NGEA claim that the Secretary executive has  been issuing various show cause, repeatedly conducting inquiry against the leader of the NGEAs on the pretext of non-registration of NGEA and many others.

The Secretary is sending legal notice, lodging FIR against the leader of the NGEA and they have alleged the intention is  to suppress them, the organisation said that they  will proof their case and they are ready to go to jail if we are found guilty of doing any wrong.

In the press statement issued to the media said that the NGEA stand for their  legal right but they believe that God will never abandon them . “There is saying God sees the truth but wait”.

The NGEA said that the Secretary of the GHADC Smti Rikse Marak is sending legal notice and filing false and fabricate FIR against them stating that they are trying to destroy the property of GHADC, in this regard they welcome the investigation and we will be more happy if CBI conduct the injury on her FIR against them.

On the demonstration that they have held on the 14/12/2020 the NGEA apologies to the Deputy commissioner west Garo Tura if unintentionally failed to follow the protocol issued by the District Administration.

The leaders of the NGEA said that nevertheless they beg to state that they may not die on corona virus but their  children and family member may die on hunger and starvation.

The NGEA further clarified that Smti Rikse R Marak joined in GHADC as Secretary they  informed her officially with letter and they even send their  official letter to the Registrar in-charge of society Tura with regards to our formation new NGEA and all these documents and letters are still on record and at that point of time Rikse Marak have no objection and she never question our registration of NGEA.

The NGEA has file complaints to  the Lokayukta and death of about 25 employees due to non release of salary in Human right Commission Government Of Meghalaya, in the press statement sent by the president of the NGEA Mr Senora Johny Arengh and also with the members of the organisation.
