The State team won 1 Gold Medal, 2 Silver Medal and 8 Bronze Medal in the AIKC, 2022

Shillong, July 22: Twenty Seven Karatekas of the Association led by Arjun Sewa and Edwilbert K. Nongkynrih as Coach and  Pynhunlang Kharbuli as Manager participated in the All India Karate Championship 2022 from 15th and  16th July, 2022 at Indoor Stadium, State Training Center Bahatarai, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh.

The State team won 1 Gold Medal, 2 Silver Medal and 8 Bronze Medal. The name of medal winner are:  Rebeka Nongspung – Gold Medal In Girls Junior Ind Kumite -53kg, Cheltis Shylla – Silver Medal In Boys Junior Ind Kumite -55kg,  Damanbha Pde – Silver Medal In Boys Cadet Ind Kumite -50kg, Saralin Rynghang – Bronze Medal In Women Ind Kumite -50kg , Hymnson Challam – Bronze Medal In Sub Junior Ind Kumite -40kg.

Damebanmerbha Blah – Bronze Medal In Junior Ind Kumite -50kg, Davy Son Kharkongor – Bronze Medal In Men Ind Kumite -50kg, Iohbor Mylliempdah – Bronze Medal In Men Ind Kumite -55kg, Paul Danny Kharmudai – Bronze Medal In Boys Junior Ind Kumite -55kg, Glikerius Buhphang – Bronze Medal In Men Ind Kumite -60Kg -Bronze Medal In Men Ind Kata.
