Shillong, March 4: The Industries and Trade Fair Association of Assam (ITFAA) North East region is organising its 14th International Shillong Shopping Carnival 2013 at Madan Iewrynghep Group, Laitumkhrah Shillong.
Trade Fair has been an annual event in the city and like in any other years trade fair organised by the ITFAA has attracted crowds from various parts of the state as well as the region.
Vice President of the ITFAA Rajeeve Das while talking to reporters here on Monday at the Shillong press club informed that foreign countries such as Thailand, Bangladesh, Kenya, Pakistan, Myanmar, Egypt, Nepal and other countries from abroad will be participating at the said Fair.
Besides, he also said that more than 150 participants including multinational, companies, handicrafts units and entrepreneurs from across the country are participating in the fair.
Meanwhile, the fair which was inaugurated on March 1 will culminate on march 13.(SP News)
