Shillong, August 27: The president of the BJP Meghalaya state unit has dissolved all Mandal committees, Local committees, polling station level committees or booths committees under the BJP orgnsiation who were constituted befor April 2013.
The State President Shri Khlur Sing Lyngdoh of BJP has approved seven Mandal PresidentS appointed by the different district president of the Party in the State.The Party President has conveyed the decisions of the last state executive committee to the District Presidents and Mandal Presidents.
The decision to dissolved the party organization who were their prior to April 2013 was taken on the last State Executive held on 21st August 2013 have decided that Mandal Committees, local committees, polling
station level committees or booth committees under BJP organizational
district constituted earlier to April 2013 stands dissolved.
The President approved seven new Mandal committee which he approved and urged all the District Presidents and Mandal Presidents to constitute the Mandal and polling Stations or Booth level Committees.
The newly elected mandal committee are Sen Thabah of Umroi, Stening Nongbrih of Umsning, Franky Synrem of Nongthymmai, Pradeep Das of South Shillong, Romino Sangma of Mahendraganj, Sumit Lakiang of West Shillong and Ratneshwar Hajong of Salmanpara.(SP News)
