Shillong Nov 19: Denying the allegations levelled by some vested interest persons against the aspiring independent legislator from Jirang constituency Wallambok Mylliemngap that he has not given any financial support to one Kephas Thangkhiew a cancer patient who was admitted to Dr H gordon Robert Hospital for treatment, the supporters of the candidate from Shillong came up with a clarification stating that all allegations leveled against him are false and baseless.
Hitting hard on the claimed made by some vested interest persons that Mylliemngap was giving false promises only, president of the Independent candidate Shillong Unit S Thangkhiew informed that all allegations were not true to the fact as all expenses with regrads to Kephas treatment were paid by Mylliemngap.
Thangkhiew also mentioned that Mylliemngap has got all the proved as all medical bills was there.
“A total amount of Rs 43, 000 was paid by Mylliemngap for Kephas treatment”, S Thangkhiew added. Meanwhile, he aslo said that all allegation was to malign the image of the aspiring candidate.(SP News)
