Jowai, Oct 03: The jaintia Youth Federation (JYF) in the press statement told the Chief Minister Dr Mukul Sangma “do not force us to form another militang group which they do not want to do so.
The JYF alleged that the Chief Minister is adamant in responding to their demand to implement the Inner Line Permit in the state. The inflow of outsiders in the state is so huge that they even snatch away the daily earning of the indigenous people in all sector.
The JYF said that the government let by the Chief minister Dr Mukul Sangma seems that they will use all law to crush the NGOs who were agitating on the demand for implementation of ILP.
Looking from media report show that the Chief minister want to crushed the NGOs by force, the JYF said that looking back to all the previous government the leaders who have the vision to solved any problems through discussion but these government want confrontation. “ Chief minister do not force us to take up guns” said the JYF .
The JYF said that the government should hunt first all thus official who were alleged that they have involved in various scam, like in the ICDS, Education Department, the Fullmoon indicent, the Cement factory scam Etc as appear in the RTI file by the CSWO.
On the issued of setting up special court the JYF said that the government should act on the supreme court ruling which speak about the cement factory set up in the sate with out getting the permission from the MOEF of the central government. (SP News)
